Madison offers a number of all-inclusive, partial, and custom wedding coordination packages to choose from. She begins the experience by requesting that clients complete a short online booking form via her website, and she will then follow up to schedule a pre-wedding consultation. Her full-service packages include 2-hour rehearsal coordination, three one-hour pre-wedding meetings, and up to 12 hours of comprehensive wedding day coordination. In addition, her all-inclusive event planning services feature floorplans, out-of-town welcome baskets, and event design, along with vendor management. The Madison’s Magnolia Events LLC team is also happy to arrange a venue walk-through prior to the event, allowing you to envision your desired aesthetic and make any adjustments to the wedding itinerary. Stylish event rentals such as antique mirrors, custom signage, and personalized seating charts can also be hired for an additional fee. For convenience, Madison is happy to assist with the setup and tear-down of event areas on the big day.
